All products are made with organic essential oils and are sulfate and paraben free. Each guest is also provided a set of plush, luxury hotel quality white bath towels. Please be respectful of our neighbors and the peaceful tranquility of the neighborhood. •Occupancy: Do not exceed maximum 10 guests (maximum). •Booking requirements: A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required to book. 🚗 Parking There is ample parking in the driveway leading to the garage and the circular drive in front of the house. Driveway parking only. No street or lawn parking. ⚡EV Charging We offer EV charging free of charge in our garage. We are set up for Tesla vehicles. If you have another EV make/model, please feel free to bring an adapter that will allow you to charge during your stay.

• Maximum occupancy: 10 • Gatherings and events may not exceed the maximum occupancy. • Parking is permitted in the driveway and/or garage only. • Please be mindful of quiet hours. Noise violations may result in a $500 fine to the guest of record. • Guest of record must be 25 years of age or older to book. • Signed rental agreement required to complete the booking process and reserve your dates. • No pets allowed. • No smoking allowed. • No parties or special events.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. We do not offer refunds for natural disasters, road closures or weather related conditions like high temperatures, poor air quality, snowstorms or other major events that are outside of our control. When planning travel, we strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation.
